  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted on product pages. During high-volume releases or drops, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
    Sale items, limited drops, and pre-orders are final sale unless the product arrives damaged.

    How do I start a return or exchange?

    Contact our support team at Inspiredthebrand@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll walk you through the return instructions.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will go back to the original payment method.

  • Most items are true to size with a slightly relaxed/luxury streetwear fit.

    • Hoodies & tees: relaxed/oversized feel

    • Joggers: tapered athletic fit

    • Women’s items: unisex sizing unless stated otherwise

    Are your products unisex?

    Yes — most of our apparel is designed to be unisex unless stated otherwise.

    What materials are used?

    Our sweatsuits and hoodies use a premium cotton blend with soft fleece lining.
    Tees and hats use high-quality, durable materials designed for long-term wear.

  • How should I wash my Inspire Others apparel?

    To preserve quality:

    • Wash cold

    • Turn garments inside out

    • Use mild detergent

    • Avoid bleach

    • Hang dry or tumble dry on low

    Will the print crack or fade?

    Our prints and embroidery are designed for long-lasting wear when cared for properly.

  • What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

    Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.

    My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

    Check with neighbors, leasing offices, or your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us and we will assist with a claim.
